Applied Conversion Equation for Optical Coherence Tomography
The research question looks to address if CST measurements can be
reliably reproduced on Heidelberg Spectralis and Topcon Triton in patients with
DMO. First, the variability in measurements between the two machines will
be investigated. Next, a conversion equation will be produced and validated.
Great care has been taken in the statistical planning to ensure meaningful
results are produced.
